Refund Policy

All purchases and bookings made through Purposed With Solutions LLC are subject to the following policy.

Private Clarity Chat and Service-Based Sessions
Because time is reserved in advance and preparation may begin before the appointment, session purchases are generally non-refundable once booked. If notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance, one reschedule request may be considered for the same service type. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the specific product sales page.

Notary Services
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a notary appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until payment or deposit has been received. If at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, one reschedule request may be considered for the same service type. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide required information may result in loss of deposit or payment.

Emergency Situations
If an emergency or unforeseen circumstance arises, please contact us as soon as possible. Any exception or credit consideration is at the sole discretion of Purposed With Solutions LLC.

Refund Requests
Refund requests, if any, must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the scheduled service or issue in question. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

This policy may be updated at any time to reflect business operations, service changes, or legal requirements.
