Local carrier service for sealed, prepaid document packages in Richmond, Virginia and surrounding areas. This service is for clients who need prepared packages picked up and dropped off at USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Simple Flat Rate
$60
Flat rate document delivery up to 15 miles.
The $60 flat rate includes one pickup location, one delivery location, up to five sealed packages, and no more than 10 pounds total per order.

Maximum weight per order.
15 Miles Max
Richmond, VA and surrounding areas.
What This Service Includes
PWS Document Delivery Services is for prepared packages that are already sealed, prepaid, stamped, or labeled before pickup. Purposed With Solutions LLC provides pickup and carrier drop-off only.
Included in the $60 Flat Rate
One pickup location
One delivery location
Up to five sealed packages
No more than 10 pounds total per order
Travel up to 15 miles maximum
Drop-off at USPS, FedEx, or UPS
Additional Location Fee
$25 per additional delivery location
If packages must be dropped off at more than one approved carrier location, each additional location is $25.
Example: If one package goes to USPS and another package goes to FedEx, the second location adds $25.

At this time, PWS Document Delivery Services only provides drop-off to the following carrier locations:

UPS
No custom delivery locations are available at this time. Requests outside of USPS, FedEx, or UPS are not part of the standard document delivery service. All PWS Document Delivery Service requests must be submitted through the online order form.
To help keep each request organized, accurate, and properly documented, orders are not accepted by phone, text message, or social media message.
Once your request is submitted, Purposed With Solutions LLC will review the information provided. If the request meets the service requirements, you will receive payment instructions and a private order status link.
Service will not begin until payment has been received.

Important Service Boundaries
Purposed With Solutions LLC provides carrier service only. Packages must be sealed and ready before pickup.
PWS does not open packages.
PWS does not review document contents.
PWS does not prepare, complete, or edit documents.
PWS does not purchase postage or shipping labels.
PWS does not provide legal, financial, or document advice.
What the Service Fee Covers
The service fee covers scheduled pickup time, local travel, carrier drop-off, handling of sealed packages, and administrative coordination for the delivery request.
This fee does not include postage, shipping charges, packaging supplies, carrier fees, or prepaid labels. The client is responsible for making sure each package is ready for carrier drop-off before pickup.
Payment & Scheduling
Payment must be completed before pickup is scheduled. Once the delivery request is reviewed, payment instructions will be provided.
Delivery will not begin until payment has been received. Packages must be sealed, prepaid, stamped, or labeled and ready at the scheduled pickup time.
